The room at the hotel was top-notch. the property had a great position right on the sand. We were just a short walk away from Belize during Jan/Feb. the nearby grocery store was convenient for breakfast items, and the second "not so secret beach bar" was a nice find. the poolside bar added to the enjoyable experience.

It is an incredibly beautiful and lovely property located in San Pedro town district right by local restaurants, the center of town and the island. Exceptional service and the food is outstanding. It's nice to have concierge service and wake up calls for free too. Thank you for a really lovely stay.

The location was great, close to restaurants, daily activities, beaches, and the downtown area; we even had a room with a hot tub!

The room I got was awesome and super clean, located on the second floor. the staff were always kind and friendly. 🌟 the location here is amazing and breathtaking, plus there's free onsite parking available.

I had an incredible time staying at a resort on the beautiful Belizean island. The location was perfect, right next to the pier, making it convenient for exploring the ocean. It was also very close to many great restaurants, allowing me to try a variety of local cuisines. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my trip enjoyable. The resort had a stunning pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The overall experience was amazing and I would definitely go back.

There was a slight inconvenience with limited office hours for ordering food late in the evening.

The staff at Xanadu Island Resort was incredibly attentive. the location was perfect, close to Mayan ruins. My room had a lovely view of the ocean and was well-kept and well-furnished. the hotel is conveniently situated by the piers, beach bars, and restaurants. I enjoyed dining at Tastes of Thailand nearby. the pool was fantastic, and I loved having complimentary drinks at the pool bar. the wifi was reliable and fast.
